For maximum taste, our apples are harvested within ten miles of our Cider Mill in Shepton Mallet. That means we can track every apple from Orchard to Glass. Once picked, we press. Using traditional methods and a slow, gentle fermentation process, we lock in every bite of crisp apple, to make sure it’s pure refreshment. Nailed.
